Mission Statement:
The Massachusetts Consortium for CSHCN is a working group dedicated to
improving systems of care for children with special health care needs
and their families throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Consortium
offers a forum for information exchange and strategic thinking to address
gaps and barriers in service systems. By identifying opportunities for
innovation and collaboration across public and private sectors, the Consortium
seeks to promote changes in state and community systems of care that can
enhance growth and development for these children and promote the well-being
